‘600-Lb Life’ Casey King Unrecognizable After Losing 595 Pounds
Fans of My 600-Lb. Life love to see a success story and Casey King is one of them. He appeared on the show in 2019 and when he first saw Dr. Now, he weighed 845 pounds. Fans were very concerned about his health. In fact, he even told the cameras, “I will just eat till I’m dead.” Then, Casey worked hard on losing weight and now fans want to know where he is now.
Casey King’s Look Shocks
Casey King was incredibly motivated to lose weight and keep it off. He found comfort in eating and playing video games all day. More so, he spent most of his time in bed. He had gained so much weight that when he was filming, he was often naked because his clothes didn’t fit any longer. Casey King did try to lose weight before, but he was never able to do it. That is why he needed help from Dr. Now.
He has continued to share his weight loss journey on Instagram and from the looks of it, he is unrecognizable. Casey posts pretty regularly and his followers have noticed such a big difference in his appearance. As soon as fans saw his latest post, they were quick to show him love and support.
One wrote to him, “Dude, I’ve watched your journey, and I will tell you, you inspire me a lot. I’m proud of you for all the hard work you’ve accomplished!” Another added, “I love seeing your progress pics. This makes me so happy to see you get your life back.”
Weight Loss & Woes
It turns out that being on My 600-Lb. Life wasn’t all Casey King wanted it to be. After he appeared on the show, he had a lot of financial woes. It turns out that he was ready to have skin removal surgery, but he didn’t have the money to do so. This made fans very upset that Dr. Now couldn’t do something to help him with this.
Casey started a GoFundMe in order to raise the money to have the surgery. Fans of the show felt as if Dr. Now completely abandoned him and his huge medical bills. During his campaign, he asked for donations of about $15,000 to have the skin removal surgery. After looking at his Instagram account, it appears as if Casey raised the money for the surgery. Casey looks healthier and happier than ever in these photos and is keeping off the weight.
