‘Bachelorette’ Kaitlyn Bristowe Reveals Shawn Booth Used Her, How?
Here for the wrong reasons? Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe is sharing some things she never disclosed about her ex-fiance Shawn Booth. The news came while she was on Jason Tartick’s podcast Trading Secrets. Of course, fans know Jason is her current fiance and the love of her life. Kaitlyn Bristowe shares new details about Shawn Booth
Kaitlyn Bristowe is coming out and saying that she felt used by Shawn Booth. However, it may not be what some would think. Kaitlyn said she felt Shawn used her professionally. The two were engaged for three years before calling off their engagement. Recall, they got engaged on Kaityln’s season finale of The Bachelorette. In 2018 Kaitlyn and Shawn both admitted they didn’t see their relationship really going anywhere long term so they called it quits.
Kaitlyn shared it was this same year that Shawn opened up his gym in Nashville. She feels he was holding onto their relationship until his gym opened.
Why didn’t she and Shawn work out? Kaitlyn believes that there is such a power struggle between the show’s lead and their final pick that it makes their relationship hard. She said, “This is all just from my point of view and from how I felt and things that I saw. It doesn’t mean they’re right or wrong, but would you or would you not agree that when couples come off the show — whether it was a Bachelor and the woman he picked or Bachelorette and the guy she picked — that that is a really hard foundation to start on and a power struggle?”
She went on to share that she believes men get emasculated sometimes after being on the show. When it came to her and Shawn she gave an example and said it would be someone inviting her somewhere and then throwing in that Shawn can come too.
Kaitlyn thinks it’s really hard for relationships to work out post-show. However, for her, it’s a good thing. It all led her to Jason.
Wedding planning
Jason and Kaitlyn have been planning their wedding although fans have not been given an official date for their nuptials. They may both be different planners but ultimately they will come together to create the wedding of both their dreams.
