Bringing Up Bates stars Zach and Whitney Bates have shared baby #5’s gender with the world! They posted a special gender reveal video on Saturday, March 25, revealing whether their little one on the way is a boy or a girl.
As TV Shows Ace reported, Zach and Whitney recently revealed to fans that they are expecting their fifth child. The couple already shares Bradley, Kaci, Khloé, and Jadon. Now, they’re expecting their tiebreaker because they have two girls and two boys.
On Friday, the couple teased their upcoming gender reveal and informed fans the announcement would be public on Saturday, March 25. They asked fans to share their predictions about the baby’s gender. Now, the news is out! Is Baby Bates #5 a girl or a boy?

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Zach and Whitney Bates shared a series of photos from the special reveal. It featured just the couple and their four kids. Evan Stewart, Carlin Bates’ husband, filmed and photographed it for them. The family had a little picnic and dug into cupcakes, which were filled with pink or blue icing.
At this intimate picnic, the family learned that their fifth baby is a girl!
In her caption, Whitney explained the significance of the location. She said, “Sitting under my daddy’s favorite tree and doing this gender reveal with my little family was such an emotionally special moment that I can’t put into words.”
She continued, “There’s something about family and the love of a child that you can’t explain but it fills your heart like nothing else.”

At this point, Bringing Up Bates stars Zach and Whitney have not yet announced a name. But their daughter Khloé wants to name the baby Whitney after her mom. Fans will have to wait and see whether a name reveal comes before the baby’s birth.

Fans are thrilled to see that Zach and Whitney are expecting a baby girl. Many are sending their congratulations and well wishes to the soon-to-be family of seven. Michael Bates Keilen, Zach’s sister, said, “Awwww!!!!! A little girly!” Other family members are commenting on this special announcement as well.
