‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Patrick Macon 2023 Update: Where Is He Now?
Tonight’s episode of My 600-Lb. Life introduces fans to Patrick Macon and leaves viewers wondering if there is a 2023 update on where he is now and how he’s doing with his weight loss progress. My 600-Lb. Life: Meet Patrick Macon
Tonight, viewers are introduced to Patrick Macon and his beautiful wife Amanda. Fans are also introduced to his 16-year-old old daughter. Patrick reveals that he has been married to Amanda for 20 years, but he does NOT share his 16-year-old daughter with her.
He explained in the episode that he made a mistake. But, he has a hard time completely calling it a mistake because the situation resulted in his daughter and he wouldn’t change that for the world. Fortunately, his wife Amanda forgave him and they were able to work through their issues.
Patrick Macon’s daughter did not live with him. But, it appeared as if she lived at a house nearby and spent a lot of time at his house. Understandably, it was hard for her and him both when he ended up moving to Texas to get weight loss surgery.
2023 Update: Where Is He Now?
Unfortunately, both Patrick’s and Amanda’s Facebook profiles are pretty locked down. So, there aren’t many updates on how he is looking after the show finished filming. Amanda’s profile picture does include herself and Patrick. But, it is just his head and it was uploaded to her profile two years ago.
Patrick’s profile photo was updated a month ago. But, it is just a photo of his daughter. The photo, however, does reveal that his daughter recently celebrated her 18th birthday. So, this confirms it has been roughly two years since they started filming with TLC.
Unfortunately, Patrick’s profile also reveals he was diagnosed with gallbladder and bile duct cancer. Amanda’s profile also seemingly confirms his devastating diagnosis happened sometime last night. Sadly, there do not appear to be any recent photos of Patrick for fans to get an update on how he is looking after having weight loss surgery.
Fans remain hopeful that he took Dr. Now’s diet seriously after having surgery and continued to lose weight. The unfortunate truth is fans really didn’t see him lose very much weight on the show compared to the last few cast members/episodes.
