1000-Lb Sisters Tammy Slaton recently checked out of the weight loss rehab facility where she had been living. She finally qualified for weight loss surgery and has started her life again. Not only that, she got married while she was in the facility. Now it looks as if she is helping her sister, Amy Halterman through a tough time. Amy and her sons are now living with Tammy. Recently, Tammy took to social media to show off her new home and the spacious porch got a lot of attention.
Tammy Slaton’s New Home Shocks Fans
Now that Amy and Tammy Slaton are living together yet again, fans have become curious about their house. The U.S. Sun shared some photos of Tammy’s new home. After seeing the photos, fans were quick to ask questions and share their thoughts. Not only is the back porch incredibly spacious, but the yard is perfect for Amy’s young sons to play in. As viewers of 1000-Lb Sisters have seen on the show, Tammy is in love with her nephews and would do anything for them! When the news of Amy’s split came out, it turns out that Tammy was right there waiting to help them all out.
Tammy’s old home was robbed and ransacked, but this new one has actually been in the family for years. One of the Slaton family members decided that they would help Tammy out now that she is back on her feet. They wanted her to have a home of their own and this two-bedroom one-bath seemed to be perfect for her. It is pretty close to everyone else in the family and Tammy is grateful she had this opportunity to take over the home. With Amy needing extra help too, it just seemed perfect for them to live here.
Halterman Family Drama
Just a few weeks ago, it was reported that Tammy Slaton’s sister, Amy was leaving her husband, Michael Halterman. The news came shortly after an episode aired that showed him ignoring his sons’ cries for help at a family picnic. Viewers were quick to start in on how lazy he is and how he never stepped up to take care of their kids. Even though she recently filed for divorce, it turns out that Amy could be dating again!
Rumors are now swirling that Amy could have moved on. In fact, there are rumors of her dating a new man! However, a source close to the family pointed out that Amy decided that she would take the boys and start life over. It looks like Amy has turned to online dating. They mentioned that she could be exclusive with a man she recently met. We will have to wait and see if she does make an official announcement though.

The writer needs to do some fact checking. Amy left Michael, but HE filed for a divorce on March 13th.
There’s NO pics of the house, so no opinion. And like many others, I hope they can keep this place clean and picked up. And time will tell if Amy is dating again, but I hope not. She needs to have her health and her sons as a priority first.
I about fell out of my chair when Amy sat on the floor then laid down during Tammy’s reception. Seems like some people you just can’t teach manners. What an embarrassment!
