Isabel Roloff, Jacob’s wife, wants her 132K Instagram followers she is changing her narrative and loving herself. As LPBW fans know, the mother-of-one has struggled over the years with her mental health. Sadly, being compared to her much thinner red-headed sister-in-law Audrey Roloff, Isabel has been crucified over the years for her size. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, Isabel opened up about a lot of trauma and emotional damage connected to her wedding dress because LPBW fans spent a lot of time shaming her body.

Jacob Roloff’s wife, however, has reached a new chapter in her life. She’s ready to change her narrative. More importantly, she’s ready to be the one in control of her narrative. And, most importantly, she’s ready to finally start loving herself for everything she is and everything she’s not.

Isabel Roloff got raw and real with her 132K followers on Instagram a few days ago. In a very long and beautiful post, she opened up about her plans to be different and better. So, she could live a better and healthier life.

Isabel Roloff changes her narrative, loves herself

Jacob Roloff’s wife tells her followers she created a dramatic Instagram reel about walking because she was proud of herself. She explained she was proud of herself even though she realized other people would not understand or consider it to be a very big deal. But, she wasn’t sharing her accomplishment because she cared what other people thought. She was sharing it because she was proud.

Isabel proceeded to recall the very first time she stepped into a gym when she was just six years old for the rest of her childhood, gyms were a toxic and unsafe experience. Moreover, getting on a scale to learn her weight also turned into a huge trigger for her.

She continued to share: “Moving my body has never been sold to me as a means for health. Only for punishment, for the end goal of being as thin as possible.”

SO I AM CHANGING THE NARRATIVE. Reclaiming my joy of walking and moving my body for health; my mental health especially. Little commitments like this might not seem like much at first, but they add up and become big and important routines in our lives.

She clarified that not all gyms are bad

Isabel Roloff did add to the end of her post that she recognizes that not all gyms are unsafe and toxic. But, it is incredibly difficult to find one that cares about and protects mental health. She proceeded to reassure she did find a gym she was comfortable at.
