Presently, Caleb Willingham and Tammy Slaton being pregnant is nothing more than fan speculation. There hasn’t been a drop of information anywhere to confirm there’s a bun in her oven. Moreover, fans have serious doubts regarding whether Caleb and Tammy are even physically capable of having children at this point in time.
While fans know Tammy has made huge strides with her weight loss, she still has several hundred pounds to lose. Her husband Caleb, however, hasn’t progressed nearly as much as she has with his weight loss journey. So, not even trying to come from a cruel perspective, fans are seriously questioning the logistics of this being a possibility.

As far as fans know, Tammy Slaton doesn’t have any desire to get pregnant and have children. Tammy has discussed having children more than a few times with Amy on the show. While Tammy loves Glenn and Gage, she has no desire to have a baby of her own.
Now, fans do recognize it is possible Tammy’s opinion stemmed from the recognition of the fact that she wasn’t in a place where she could even have a child. Now that she is married and losing weight, she could have a different perspective on having children. She, however, has not voiced that alternative perspective.

Caleb Willingham admitted on the show that he definitely wants to get Tammy Slaton pregnant. He sees having children together with her in his future. And, fans can’t help but wonder if Tammy knows that Caleb wants babies as she had always been adamantly against them. Would Tammy change her views on having children because Caleb wants them?
Why does everyone think Tammy Slaton is pregnant?
Tammy Slaton’s family assumes she’s pregnant because she’s rushing to have a shotgun wedding with Caleb. Her family speculates the only reason to be rushing to get married to Caleb is because he knocked her up.
