Why Do Hearties Think Chris McNally Left ‘When Calls The Heart’?
Just a few days ago, Hallmark released the When Calls The Heart Season 10 official poster. Although the upcoming season does not premiere until Sunday, July 30, Hearties get to see the poster and ponder at the side view of Elizabeth, the Hope Valley chapel, and the official tagline “Good things come to those who hope.”
However, some fans are concerned that Lucas, portrayed by Chris McNally, is leaving, or left WCTH. Why do they think that and what is Erin Krakow’s response?
Heartie Thinks Chris McNally ‘Is MIA’ In Upcoming When Calls The Heart Season
On Tuesday, Erin Krakow shared the official When Calls The Heart Season 10 poster on Instagram. Immediately, Hearties were concerned. That is because Chris McNally has not been in a promo or BTS photos. One fan even went as far as to declare that McNally was “completely MIA during filming.”
However, Erin Krakow quickly set things straight that Chris McNally “isn’t leaving.”
And since we shared many scenes together I can tell you he was definitely not MIA during filming. I’m sure there will be more of/from all your favorite characters/actors as we get closer to our premiere date.
Erin Krakow Hints At LucaBeth Strife
Recently, Erin Krakow spoke to TV Line about WCTH Season 10, in particular Lucas and Elizabeth’s relationship. Back at the end of Season 9, Lucas proposed! Moreover, he did so with Little Jack in tow. Therefore, now this newly engaged couple has to plan a wedding.
A fan asked, “When Calls The Heart has been on hiatus for a LONG time, and I’m dying to know: What can Chris McNally and/or Erin Krakow tease about Elizabeth/Lucas’s relationship, specifically their wedding?”
Erin Krakow had an answer for this Heartie. “Let’s just say that they are still learning new things about each other. There are ups and downs, as in any relationship, but in the end everything is as it should be.”

When Calls The Heart Season 10 Promises Lots Of Celebrations
Although the When Calls The Heart cast has been very secretive about the upcoming season. But, there are going to be some big celebrations. There have been very few photos shared.
The exception is a baby-bumping video with the Coulters, portrayed by Pascale Hutton and Kavan Smith. Finally, Rosemary is pregnant, and this promises to be hysterical. Rosemary will not be able to control her bundle of joy. This will certainly lead to laughs, and perhaps some other changes.
In addition, the WCTH cast and crew celebrated the filming of their 100th episode. This is an epic achievement and a first for a Hallmark series.
Lastly, Elizabeth and Lucas are getting married. However, Hearties don’t have to worry. Chris McNally is not leaving When Calls The Heart.
