Skyler’s Father Is In Law Enforcement
In Aurora Teagarden, Roe is an amateur sleuth. However, this new Hallmark star has a parent in law enforcement. According to a 2011 New York Post interview, Skyler’s father is a US Marshall.
In addition, her mother is a television producer for shows like Access Hollywood. She has four other siblings, but none of them have the acting bug.

Skyler has starred in The Gifted portraying identical mutant sisters Sophie, Esme, and Phoebe Frost. Although the three look the same, she explained to Assignment X that “we’re identical, but they’re three different characters, slightly different voices, different personalities. And we get to see a little bit of each of them more,” she explained, hinting about the future of the series.

Skyler Samuels Went To Stanford
Although the new addition to Hallmark Mysteries was a child star, Skyler did take time to go to the University. She went to Stanford and graduated in 2016 after studying marketing and intellectual property.
In addition, while in school, she joined the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She never expected to be joining this sort of group, nor did she think that such an academic school would have Greek life. But, it turned out that she met a lot of friends before joining. Most of all, she had a lot of fun.
Skyler Samuels Starred In Scream Queens
Ryan Murphy’s Scream Queens focuses on the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. Therefore college student and sorority girl Skyler Samuels was perfectly cast as Grace Gardener. She told Collider that she would relate to this role. “Hmm, there are some personal details in here that sound like my college experience.”
However, this was not Skyler’s first time working with the always-inventive Ryan Murphy. She had previously worked a short stint in American Horror Story. She so loves working with him and his production team. “I don’t know where we’re going and I don’t know how we’re gonna to get there, but it’s gonna be awesome.”
One of the reasons is that Murphy is good at “empowering you.” He has faith that the actor can take this role and make the character something unique and special.
