There’s quite a lot that 1000-Lb Best Friends might not know about Tina Arnold.

Many viewers have also wondered what the show’s stars would look like once they reached their goals. After a recent Instagram post, many fans now know what Tina Arnold looks like in a smaller body.

Although Tina Arnold irritated many fans in Season 1, she’s starting to win viewers over this year. As Meghan continues to have meltdowns, Tina is frequently her voice of reason. It’s clear the two women are close, but several fans think that the women can be a little too codependent at times.
Either way, Tina has made significant progress toward her weight loss goals this year. As 1000-Lb Best Friends Season 2 continues, fans are so impressed with how well Tina is sticking to her diet and exercise goals.
The TLC personality surprised her online followers recently when she uploaded a new Instagram photo.
“#tinaarnold #1000lbbestfriends #whosthat #sheshot 😉😝❤️” Tina captioned the Instagram post. In the photo, her hair is much longer and the TLC star is sporting a much thinner frame.
Fans weren’t quite sure what to make of it — did Tina really lose that much weight so quickly?
Many fans were surprised to see how much weight Tina actually had lost. But then a few followers pointed out that this is likely a much older picture of Tina. She looks much younger in the face and has long hair here. Just three days ago, the TLC star shared photos of herself at the hair salon — and she has her normal bobbed haircut.
Although Tina played coy a little in the comments section, she did eventually reveal that she was 34 years old when she took this picture. In Touch Weekly shared a few months ago that Tina Arnold is currently 42 years old. Based on the math, the photo was taken around 2014.
The 1000-Lb Best Friends star may not be down to her ideal weight yet, but she’s definitely made progress! Fans hope she continues to stick to her weight loss goals.
1000-Lb Best Friends viewers worry about the star’s marriage
This season, Tina and her husband Johnnie have had significant challenges. Having Meghan and her fiance living in their basement was one thing. But after the entire house flooded, Tina and Johnnie started really arguing with one another. Many viewers thought the two might actually divorce.
However, Johnnie still makes frequent appearances on his wife’s Instagram page, so it seems like they patched up their problems. For the time being, fans don’t have much to worry about here.
