Lisa Vanderpump’s Liquor License Suspended For 2 Restaurants

Lisa Vanderpump has temporarily lost her liquor licenses for two of her high-profile restaurants. Both PUMP and TomTom cannot currently serve alcoholic beverages for the time being. So, what happened to cause this? Read on for more details.

Lisa Vanderpump’s Liquor License Suspended For 2 Restaurants

As if she is not dealing with enough right now, Lisa Vanderpump’s liquor licenses have been suspended. Two of her main restaurants, PUMP and TomTom cannot sell liquor, per the WEHO Times. How did this happen? Obviously, TomTom has been suffering for the past week since partner, Tom Sandoval was embroiled in a cheating scandal. The longtime Vanderpump Rules cast member had an affair with his co-star, Raquel Leviss. However, he was also in a nine-year relationship with their cast mate and Raquel’s close friend, Ariana Madix at the time.

Both restaurants that he has a stake in, TomTom and Schwartz and Sandy’s faced backlash, the latter more than the former. Yet, now it seems like everything is in shambles. Apparently, the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) claims that the owners did not pay their liquor license renewals. Therefore, they have been suspended as of March 8th. Once they are paid, it can take up to six weeks for everything to be updated. That being said, the fines may have already been paid and everything could be back to normal on the restaurant side.

As for alcohol serving, that is another story. Viewers may recall how Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz worked tirelessly to craft specific cocktails for TomTom. The same goes for PUMP which is literally next door. Luckily, SUR is still fully functional however it was noted that this was a poor weekend for the licenses to be suspended. The Oscars air Sunday night so all of the celebrities will be in town. Lisa Vanderpump is quite chummy with many of them and they have become quite invested in the Scandoval, so to speak.

It Just Keeps Getting Worse

A week ago today, the world found out that Tom had been unfaithful to Ariana with Raquel. That rocked the Bravo-verse in so many ways. Even celebrities chimed in. On Wednesday, March 8th, interestingly enough, Lisa Vanderpump appeared on WWHL to discuss the scandal. She was absolutely shocked by what happened. However, she reminded viewers that these are real people who just happen to be living their lives on camera. The reunion for Vanderpump Rules is set to shoot by the end of the month yet Raquel has been granted a restraining order against co-star Scheana Shay. So this could be unlike anything fans have ever seen.
