CFO Monique Keefer was a financial guru for Surftech and CMO Ken Hoeve is the “jack of all outdoor sports” who has been working in the industry for over 30 years.
Their product came to fruition when they created a wish list for perfect vehicle accessories. The team wanted to do several things. They wanted to reduce the amount of plastic in the world and use advanced technology for inflatable materials. They also wanted PVC coating to protect it from high UV rays and innovative designs to make it last.
What resulted was a series of products. The Air-Topper is a shell that clamps to the truck bed for complete containment of anything in the truck’s bed. It holds up against wear and tear and when not used, deflates and rolls up to store in the garage.
The Air-Carrier is a rooftop cargo carrier that can be used on any vehicle and is considered “easy on, easy off.”
The Air-Deck makes the bed of the truck a sleeping space. It can also be used in vans, RVs, and SUVs. Finally, the Air-Chalet is for pets, described as a “rigid-padded bounce house for the doggies.”

The Air-Topper ranges in price from $999 to $1,999 depending on the size. The Air-Carrier is $629. The Air-Deck runs $549. The Air-Chalet is normally $549 but is on sale for $229.99. There are also refurbished models for sale at a big discount. It is even available through Amazon.
