When Will Fox’s ‘Farmer Wants A Wife’ Premiere?
Fox’s latest dating reality show Farmer Wants A Wife is all set to kick off and fans are excited to meet the cast. The series will be hosted by Jennifer Nettles and is based on a British format developed by American Idol producer Fremantle. A U.S. adaptation previously aired in 2008 on The CW. More so, it follows a group of farmers that get to meet women from the city and they must select one to be their spouse. So, when does this reality show premiere on Fox? Farmer Wants A Wife Is Already A Hit In 32 Countries
Farmer Wants A Wife will follow four bachelors in their quest for true love. Different versions of the series have already aired in 32 countries globally. More than 180 marriages came from the show and the couples have welcomed 410 children. In the upcoming series, the single farmers will host several single women that hope to leave their big city lives and opt for a more modest county lifestyle. However, finding love won’t be that easy.

As per Meaww, the contestants will see if they can live a farm life by performing several tedious tasks. This will include tending to cattle as well as doing some behind-the-scenes business operations.
Jennifer Nettles Wasn’t Interested In Hosting The Show
For the first season of the revived version on Fox, four farmers are looking for love. This includes Ryan Black, a horse trainer and breeder from Gastonia.
The second contestant, Hunter Grayson is a horse and cattle rancher who lived in Watkinsville, Georgia. Landon Heaton works as a cattle rancher and farmer in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Finally, Allen Foster works as a cattle rancher in Santa Fe.

While Jennifer Nettles is roped in to host the show, she admitted that she wasn’t initially interested. She appeared on Good Morning America on the March 6 episode and said, “I’m not a fan, necessarily of the reality dating genre.”
However, the country music star revealed that she later changed her mind after learning about the show’s premise and success rate.
When Will Farmer Wants A Wife Premiere?
The ladies competing for the farmer’s love are between the ages of 22 and 39 and hail from different parts of the United States including New York, Miami, and Chicago.
This dating show format has been quite popular globally and now fans expect the same from this latest revival.
