According to the synopsis, Winnie Rhodes secretly writes a love advice column called Luckless In Love. She specializes in dating advice. She finds she likes to give advice but does not take that advice herself. Her love life is a mess. But, when she dates a single sports agent, the column goes viral.
The sports agent, Holden has no redeeming qualities. But, there is no romance. However, when Whinnie’s boss offers her a promotion if she pursues this column, Winnie winds up giving Holden another chance.
Things don’t go so well. But, when Winnie meets Holden’s teenage son, she softens towards Holden. But, what happens once Holden realizes that she is dating him for the wrong reasons?
