Fans were especially excited to see Tammy in her new avatar after losing substantial weight in a picture shared on Reddit.

While Tammy was seen flaunting her wedding ring, Amy didn’t seem to have hers. Fans even noted that Amy hasn’t lost any weight since filming 1000-Lb. Sisters Season 4.
The reality star still had blue hair and wore a floral skirt paired with a grey hoodie and trousers. Several pictures of the duo’s trip to Indiana were shared on social media and fans wondered where Amy’s children are.
Does Michael Halterman Have The Custody Of Amy’s Kids?
One fan questioned if Michael has the children’s custody after the split. They wrote, “Amy takes no pride in herself. Don’t come and whine she has two kids! This was a girls’ trip kid free… Michael has the kids. Michael may have custody?”

Is Amanda Stepping In To Help Amy Halterman?
Currently, Amy Halterman has moved out of her place and lives with Tammy. Moreover, fans spotted several clues suggesting that Amy gets help from her sister Amanda who takes care of Gage and Glenn. For the past few months, fans could notice Amanda’s TikTok videos had Glenn and Gage featured alongside Tammy and Amy. However, Michael was nowhere in sight.
So, it is possible that Amanda could be Amy’s helping hand while she enjoys a fun outing with her sister Tammy. Moreover, Amanda was married to Michael’s brother Jason Halterman for 23 years. However, they split up after Amanda admitted that things weren’t working out for them.
