1000-Lb. Sisters fans are proud of Tammy Slaton’s recent weight loss and got emotional over her new happy picture. The reality star was spotted smiling and looking healthier than she ever did while chatting with her sister Amy Halterman. The duo visited Evansville, Indiana, and fans couldn’t help but notice how Tammy was smiling from ear to ear. Keep reading to find out the details!
Tammy Slaton Sported Her Wedding Ring In New Snap
The reality TV duo posed for snaps at Walmart as well as outside the store. Amy wore a black and great sweatshirt with black athletic pants. She also wore a floral dress over her pants. On the other hand, Tammy Slaton was spotted wearing a grey cardigan on top of a flowy blue dress. She also sported her wedding ring in the picture. However, she did have a small white and brown portable oxygen tank to help her breathe well.

The TV personality used an electric wheelchair to drive around the store. Although Tammy Slaton has lost a lot of weight, she still does need a wheelchair to move around.
1000-Lb. Sisters Fans Tear Up Over Joyful Tammy Slaton
Fans were happy for Tammy Slaton and her incredible weightloss after years of struggles. They shared the picture on Reddit and admired how happy the 36-year-old looked.
One fan wrote, “The change in Tammy…. Just wow! So happy for her.”
Another said, “Awwww I could tear up she looks so much happier.”

“It makes me a little teary looking at Tammy. This is probably the most joy she’s had in life, well…ever. I hope she can hold on to the happiness and has much-continued success. Maybe she can let go of her hurt some and live a happier life. Good on her for making it to the goal for surgery,” claimed a third fan.
While fans gushed over the fact that Tammy Slaton has made such positive changes in life, they did note something about her sister Amy. One fan enquired, “Amy looks the same. When was this picture taken?”

Amy Halterman Gains Weight After Pregnancy
In the Season 4 Episode 8 sneak peek, fans saw Amy Halterman in her latest appointment with Dr. Charles Procter. While the doctor expected her to have lost a lot of weight after her bariatric surgery that happened in 2020, the results were disappointing. Amy Halterman’s post-pregnancy weight was 281 pounds while she weighed 275 pounds before her pregnancy. Dr. Procter was disappointed at the fact yet he was glad that she didn’t gain a lot during the pregnancy.
