Fans of TLC’s medical dramas rejoice as Save My Skin has been renewed for Season 5. Moreover, the new season already has a premiere date and it appears to be part of the spring/summer lineup. Save My Skin renewed at TLC for Season 5: Premiere date revealed

According to Variety, TLC issued a press release confirming that Save My Skin had been renewed for Season 5. Moreover, the press release also included a premiere date for the season. Turns out, fans will be able to tune in to a new season of this medical docuseries on Wednesday, June 14th during the 9 p.m. timeslot.

As fans can expect, Season 5 will follow hopeful new patients as they reach out to dermatologist Dr. Emma Craythorne for help. The press release reads about the new season: “Using cutting-edge technology and tried and tested methods of popping, slicing, and squeezing, she [Emma Craythorne] helps people get their lives back.”

Save My Skin wasn’t the only medical docuseries to get renewed as Dr. Pimple Popper is also returning to TLC for another season. These two medical docuseries are both considered to be acquired tastes that are not for weak-stomached viewers. So, it isn’t too surprising that TLC fans had mixed feelings about either series being renewed for another season.

Fans of Save My Skin who can’t wait until June for the Season 5 Premiere, can head over to Discovery+ where the first four seasons of the show are available for streaming. Likewise, fans assume Season 5 episodes will be available for streaming via Discovery+ the same day they are scheduled to air on TLC.
