Are former Counting On stars Austin and Joy Forsyth ditching Arkansas to move to LA? The Duggar daughter teased fans about a possible out-of-state move, but is it really in the cards for her growing family? Where do Austin & Joy Forsyth live now?
Joy and Austin live in Arkansas, along with most of the rest of the Duggar family. The couple has two kids, Gideon, 5, and Evelyn, 2. They will welcome a new baby boy to the world in May.
The Forsyth family seems to be content in Arkansas. Austin works in construction, while Joy stays home with the kids and occasionally promotes companies’ products to her social media followers. They also make money from their YouTube channel.
However, now, it seems like the couple is entertaining the idea of a bold change. They wondered if a move to LA might be a good option for their growing family.
Are the former Counting On stars ditching Arkansas for LA?
On their YouTube channel this past week, Austin and Joy Forsyth shared a couple of videos about their recent trip to LA. Joy’s sister Jinger Vuolo lives in LA with her husband Jeremy and their two kids, Evangeline and Felicity. It looks like Gideon and Evelyn had a blast playing with their cousins.
In the title of one of Joy’s LA videos, she posed a question. She titled it, “Should We Move to LA?!”

However, the video simply included footage of their recent trip to LA. In the video, the Forsyths and Vuolos made pizza at home, watched one of Jeremy’s soccer games, and enjoyed the Super Bowl together. Joy and Austin failed to address the question they had asked in the title of their video.
In the description of the video, Joy Forsyth wrote, “Should We Move to LA… Nah!”
So, based on what they’ve shared, it doesn’t sound like Joy and Austin will be moving their growing family to LA after all.
