Now that NCIS: Los Angeles has been canceled, NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i fans may want to know whether CBS will continue the OG and the latest in the franchise.

We now know what CBS plans to do. Have these shows been canceled or are they coming back for another season?

Will NCIS Be Back For Season 21?

Will NCIS return for Season 21? According to Deadline, CBS has announced that the OG will be back for more. Back are Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen, Diona Reasonover, Katrina Law, Davis McCallum, Rocky Carroll, and Gary Cole.

Although Murray and the recurring McCallum have been around since the beginning, this CBS franchise continues to reinvent itself. The most recent additions of Katrina Law and Gary Cole seem to have reinvigorated the two-decades-old franchise.

However, one thing never changes. Although Mark Harmon is no longer on the series, he is still a producer. It doesn’t seem like NCIS without him.

Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment, was thrilled to make this announcement. “This season CBS is continuing its winning tradition, delivering an unparalleled combination of top returning series and new hit shows that are entertaining huge audiences on both broadcast and streaming.”

It is a testament to the stellar work being done by our best-in-class talent in front of and behind the camera that we have had yet another exceptional season, and I know we will only continue to build on this foundation of outstanding programming as we look ahead toward next fall.

NCIS is the third longest-running series in the history of television. Now that it has surpassed Gunsmoke, only Law & Order: SVU, and Law & Order are ahead of this franchise show.

Will NCIS: Hawai’i Be Back For Season 3?

In addition, CBS has also announced that they are renewing NCIS: Hawai’i for Season 3. This series stars Vanessa Lachey, along with Alex Tarrant, Noah Mills, Yasmine Al-Bustami, Jason Antoon, Tori Anderson, and Kian Talan.

This latest spinoff has already had several crossovers with the OG, and viewers should expect more.

Will CBS Renew CSI: Vegas?

The two remaining NCIS franchises are not the only ones that have been renewed. Lastly, CBS also renewed CSI: Vegas. This series is the spinoff sequel to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Paula Newsome, Marg Helgenberger, Matt Lauria, Mandeep Dhillon, Ariana Guerra, Jay Lee, and Lex Medlin will be back for Season 3.

Are you happy about the new CBS announcement? More so, are you happy with these series renewals? What
