Courtney and Eric only entered the spotlight when they announced they were expecting sextuplets. So, there are many years of their lives that fans have not seen. Plus, their show revolved heavily around their nine children. Now, fans can go on a walk down memory lane with the former TLC stars.
Where did Courtney & Eric Waldrop’s relationship begin?
The couple goes way back. They went to middle school together and started dating in eighth grade. In an episode of Sweet Home Sextuplets, they opened up about their relationship. Courtney called it “love at first sight.” Eric Waldrop elaborated and said, “Courtney and I, we’ve been together since eighth grade and never been with anybody else. So, it’s kind of like one of those, I guess you could say, not high school sweethearts, junior high sweethearts.”

The couple got married in June 2004. Since tying the knot, they have welcomed nine kids to their family. Their children are Saylor, Wales, Bridge, Layke, Tag, Blu, Rivers, Rawlings, and Rayne.

From what Courtney and Eric Waldrop share on social media, it seems like they are still doing well. They may be busy with their nine kids, but they still make time for one another and celebrate their successful relationship.
On Instagram on Valentine’s Day, Courtney shared a throwback photo with fans. In the snap, she and Eric are much younger. She’s riding in a wagon while he pulls it up a hill. The pair looks as happy as ever in the old snap. While sharing the photo with fans, the mother of nine gushed, “Then and forever….Always my Valentine❤️”
