These days, Nic Kerdiles is making good money on the market. He works as a real estate broker. The former athlete often talks about his real estate business on social media. Back on May 2, 2022, he shared a slideshow of his business trip to Boston. Nic was excited about meeting with like-minded individuals.

“Great couple of days of masterminding and networking with our incredible @compass.s._e group of bad a** agents!” Nic Kerdiles wrote in the pinned post. “So much to take out of this Boston trip… especially these 2 new construction units that I was able to lock up for my investor.”

Since he’s no longer involved with Savannah Chrisley and playing sports, he has to find a way to make money somehow. Nic appears to be doing well on his own. He loves real estate and talks about it often. It’s the one thing that gets him out of bed.

Nic Kerdiles hustles for cash?

On Wednesday, February 8, Nic Kerdiles took to his Instagram Stories. He told Chrisley Knows Best fans that he was “bored” amid his successes. He wanted them to send him videos on Cameo. It sounds like he’s hustling for cash in the unpredictable market.

“Bored and sitting at Starbucks,” Nic Kerdiles wrote in his Instagram Stories. “Let’s do some Cameos!”

According to his Cameo page, he creates video greetings for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, and wedding proposals. Nic also makes business videos or “any greetings in general.” Chrisley fans can get a personalized greeting for just $17.

So far, he has five reviews on his Cameo page. Nic Kerdiles fans are pleased with his videos and greetings. They gave him five stars. It seems like hustling for cash from Chrisley Knows Best fans is doing him well.

Wants to drive with tinted windows

Last week, Nic Kerdiles posted a funny Instagram Reel. He showed off his black Range Rover, which proves he’s raking in the dough. Nic admitted that he wanted 5% tinted windows. However, he didn’t realize how difficult it would be to drive with them. The clip reads: “POV: Trying to drive with 5% tints.”

Some of his fans had jokes as well. One user wrote: “Yep, I knew it was your car that took Todd to prison!” Another added: “I wouldn’t even be able to get out of the driveway.” A third chimed in: “My SUV is that dark too so I completely understand the struggle.”
