On Sunday, Beyoncé made her BeyHive proud as she became the artist to win the most Grammy awards in history. The singer/actor has won a total of 32 Grammys to date. To celebrate this big accomplishment Al Roker and Deborah Roberts paid her the perfect tribute in their latest Instagram video. The weatherman shared an adorable home video with Deborah as the duo danced to the tunes of Beyoncé’s song Cuff It with the lyrics, “we gon’ f*ck up the night.”

As Deborah danced to the tunes, Al chose to spin around sitting in his swivel chair. The 68-year-old captioned the post, “Congratulations to @beyonce for the first @recordingacademy of the night, tying for the most ever Grammys won. We apologize for this tribute.”

Gushing over the fun dance, Al Roker’s co-host Sheinelle Jones commented, “This is why you’re two of my favorite people on the planet.”

NBC News senior business analyst, Stephanie Ruhle wrote, “Tremendous,” while Deborah quipped, “Oh no!!”

Fans were happy to see Al Roker back to his fun self after his recent health struggles. Apart from attempting this fun dance, Al also showed off his strength in a fitness segment for Start Today. The fan-favorite weatherman worked out alongside the show’s fitness contributor Stephanie Mansour as she showed some exercises viewers can do at home.

Al Roker Admits Things Might Go Wrong Quickly

As the segment started off, the NBC broadcaster explained that for the month of February, he wished to focus on heart health. Al Roker also encouraged his fans to be a part of the Start Today Walking Club by scanning the QR code that showed up on the screen.

Stephanie explained that for the heart health month, she wishes to focus on strength training. She expressed, “Research actually shows that when you combine cardio with strength training you get more benefits for your heart.”

Soon, she started to demonstrate some upper-body exercises that Al Roker mimicked using dumbbells. They started out with the W Press and moved on to the V Lift. However, things got tricky for the weatherman as the fitness trainer shifted to the Goddess pose that focuses on the inner thighs, quads, and glutes. Al Roker even admitted that things might go wrong quickly as he nervously tried to imitate Stephanie.
