In the Twitter clip, the Today show anchors announced that Al is a part of the latest issue of People Magazine. Fans also got to see a quick preview of this segment in the magazine that featured a picture of the weathercaster and his wife Deborah Roker at their wedding. Al’s co-host Carson Daly pointed out the pictures and noted, “Take a look at it, there are great photos inside.”
The couple is a part of People Magazine’s February edition called To Love & To Cherish. Carson also added, “There’s Al and his lovely wife, Deborah.”

He quickly shifted his attention to Al Roker and continued, “This is the Valentine’s Day special, your wife describing this photo, of your wedding in New York, as running toward the future. What do you remember about that picture, Al?”
Al Roker quipped, “Well, I remember as soon as I was done, they put some ropes on me and I floated over the Thanksgiving Day Parade.”
Savannah Guthrie Gushes Over Al & Deborah’s Picture
This was a remark about his weight in the picture that prompted his co-host Savannah to exclaim, “Oh, stop it!” She also playfully slapped his shoulder using a rolled-up poster. The mother of two also claimed, “It was a beautiful moment,” as Al Roker laughed at his witty remark.

However, Al soon started describing the story behind the picture seriously. He said, “It was Deborah’s idea. It was at the Essex House, down at Central Park South, and we ran down, and it was just a moment to ourselves.”
To this, Savannah Guthrie claimed that theirs is a great love story as they continued to laugh and the show continued.
