‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Steven Assanti Mourns Sad Death: ‘I Will Miss You’

My 600-Lb. Life Steven Assanti hasn’t been enjoying 2023 as the bad news just continues to strike him. A few days after learning he was dying, the TLC personality was forced to mourn a tragic death as someone close to him passed away. Steven took to his Instagram to share a photo of his dead friend along with a brief statement. Who passed away? Keep reading for the details.

The TLC personality took to Instagram a few days ago to reveal that his pet fish had passed away. Steven shared a photo of his buddy as he mourned the unfortunate passing of his friend.

He penned in the caption: “Rest in peace buddy, i will miss you.” 

In addition to adding a sad emoji, Steven Assanti also revealed his pet fish had been with him since October of last year. Unfortunately, Steven didn’t share any additional details including the name of his deceased buddy. Sadly, the My 600-Lb. Life star has decided to leave his Instagram comments off. So, fans are not able to pay their respects to his deceased fish.

This comes just days after learning he’s dying

As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, Steven also recently learned he was dying. According to his doctors, he has fluid around his heart and is currently suffering from heart failure. Steven Assanti has asked his followers for prayers as he braces for an uncertain future. The TLC personality told his followers the hardest part is not really knowing how much time he has left.

Steven has also been actively putting pressure on his followers to consider purchasing a Cameo from him for the price of $25. In one post, he explained he had recently moved somewhere new and was in need of a little financial assistance.

While the TLC star isn’t exactly a fan favorite, his Cameo profile reveals over 300 people have purchased a personalized video from him. In fact, business appears to be booming so much so that he’s actually upped his Cameo price to $45 per video. Noticeably, Steven has nearly perfect reviews on Cameo and is labeled as “highly responsive” to his customers.
