The former NFL star shared a clip from Jay Glazer’s Unbreakable podcast. In the episode, he recalled a time when he reached out to Michael Strahan when he was in the depths of his depression. The two have known each other since they were younger.

He decided to call four of his friends. Jay admitted that he was mentally struggling. When he spoke to Michael Strahan, he told him that he won’t be able to go out for dinner. Michael asked him why he’s never told him this before. Jay admitted: “With you, I felt shame.”
Michael responded: “Yeah, but I could have been there for you for 30 years.” That’s how long they’ve been friends. Jay realized “how powerful that is.” He told his listeners: “Trust your teammates, let’s keep walking this walk together.”
Michael Strahan reposted the clip to his Instagram feed. He wrote: “A lesson for everyone, reach out to those around you.
