‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Season 11: Are Nico & Rose Still Together?
The My 600-Lb. Life Season 11 Premiere introduced fans to cousin Nico Martone and his girlfriend, Rose Degen. Viewers first met her during the family volleyball game which became a new tradition after the family joined a gym in hopes to have a better traditional get-together than eating food.
As the episode progressed, Rose made several appearances on the show. She lived with Nico. And, Geno revealed she wasn’t super thrilled about him moving in to live with Nico too. Likewise, Rose was ready and willing to pick up and move with Nico and Geno when they went to Texas. Rose, however, didn’t really say very much during the episode. She was mostly just an extra body in the background.

The about section of Nico Matrone’s Facebook profile does confirm he is still in a relationship with his girlfriend Rose that was featured on the show. Scrolling through his profile, however, fans learn there has been a shocking update to Nico’s life with Rose.
On January 1st, Nico’s profile reveals he asked his girlfriend Rose to be his wife. The update to his profile confirms she said yes. And, the update includes a few beautiful recent photos of the couple. A few days later, Rose took to her own Facebook profile to share a gorgeous black and white photo of her engagement ring.
Friends and family members of the sweet couple poured into the comments of the post from a few weeks ago to congratulate them on the big news. My 600-Lb. Life fans are thrilled to learn the couple is still together after participating in a year of filming the TLC reality TV show. As fans know, the pressure of filming a reality TV show has broken up many couples in the past.
Unfortunately, Rose’s profile is extremely private. So, fans were not able to get any other updates on this couple or their relationship. But, they are happy to know things are moving in the right direction.
