Chris Harrison Hates Kaitlyn Bristowe For Replacing Him?
Kaitlyn Bristowe may be a beloved member of Bachelor Nation to fans, however, that doesn’t mean she’s beloved by everyone. In fact, Chris Harrison actually ghosted Kaitlyn. Keep reading to find out why.
Chris Harrison ghosts Kaitlyn Bristowe
Not long ago, Bachelor Nation faced some major changes. One of those changes was Chris Harrison leaving the franchise. Of course, Chris was a crucial part of the show so this was rather shocking for fans of the franchise. Needless to say, the role had to be filled. For the first bit of time, that role fell onto Kaitlyn Bristowe. While she and Tayshia did a great job hosting, Chris was less than impressed by this change E! News reports.
Kaitlyn is now talking about what exactly happened.
“They offered me the position to come in,” Katilyn starts. “And what the Bachelor franchise said was to mentor Katie. I wouldn’t be replacing Chris. Then, all these articles started coming out saying, ‘Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe Replacing Chris Harrison.'”
Because of these headlines, Kaitlyn made the effort to reach out to Chris and make sure everything is okay. She says she didn’t want to ‘step on toes.’ However, it seems Chris Harrison didn’t care to hear what she had to say and actually didn’t respond to her.
“I messaged him like 10 times without him responding,” Kaitlyn continued. “And that is so not like him to me. And I know it’s not about me. I just wanted him to know that I thought he was irreplaceable, and I didn’t want to step on toes.”
Does he hate her?
Of course, because of his lack of response, Kaitlyn started to worry that Chris was mad at her.
“I was like, ‘OK, he hates me. We were best friends and now he hates me,'” Kaitlyn recalls about that period of time.
However, that all changed when they went to Wells Adam’s wedding where the pair were able to reconnect. Apparently, Kaitlyn approached Chris and let him know that she misses him. Chris responded saying he had always been there. So, it seems that Chris probably doesn’t hate Kaitlyn after all. Although, the unanswered messages are still a bit of a mystery.
