On Thursday, January 26, Deborah Roberts shared the cover of her new book, Lessons Learned and Cherished: The Teacher Who Changed My Life. It includes a long list of celebrity contributors. Al Roker and many other stars wrote essays for the special book.

The essays mention teachers who inspired or motivated each of the writers. Some of the guest writers include Brooke Shields, Jenna Bush Hager, Oprah Winfrey, Rachael Ray, and others. Deborah announced the news in her Instagram post. She said that her new book was “finally” coming out.

She calls the book a “salute to teachers who have loved and lifted us up.” Deborah is extremely proud of this project. The collection of essays is motivating and inspirational. The family celebrated another milestone. Their son returned to college. Deborah shared that she’s missing him “already” after he returned after the holiday break. Al Roker and his wife shared an emotional post on Instagram.
