This isn’t the first controversy

Greer Blitzer is not the first contestant to have to make apologies for past tweets or beliefs. Last season on The Bachelorette, Gabby Windey’s final rose winner was criticized for himself dressing in Blackface while in high school. After the photos came out, Erich apologized for his actions.

There was also controversy during Matt James’ season of The Bachelor when Rachel Kirkconnell had photos surface that was deemed filled with racism. It was coming to her defense that led to Chris Harrison leaving the franchise.

Are you surprised this information surfaced so soon after the premiere? Is she sincere in her apology?
