RHOSLC One Of Jen Shah’s Victims Speaks Out, Was ‘Tricked’

Jen Shah has to pay the piper for getting involved in a telemarketing scheme. She was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and ultimately was sentenced to 6.5 years. Some believed she deserved more while others were torn. Someone who is definitely not letting go of the damage that Jen Shah has done is a woman named Trisha, per The Sun. GMA showcased a piece on the 75-year-old who was a victim of the reality star and practically lost it all.

She did not want to be seen but her words spoke volumes. “I’m telling the world I was stupid enough to get caught in a scam and I’m not a stupid person, but I did make a big mistake,” Trisha explained. She went on say: “Do I want to tell the world that? No, I really don’t. But I don’t want other people to have to go through that shame that I went through.”

Allegedly, Trisha was “tricked” out of “half of her life savings.” However, she does share that she was shocked to learn what was actually going on. Admittedly, Jen Shah had a way of making Trisha believe everything that she was saying to her at the time. This resulted in a 47K loss for the victim. Finally, she concluded with this: “I am just recovering from being in a deep depression. I’m gonna cry. You get to the point where there is no way out. I don’t have the money to take care of myself.”

More Confessions

Another one of Jen Shah’s victims had a similar story to that of Trisha. They got quite candid on GMA and shared this: “I probably spent about $44,000 on six credit cards. All, of course, went into bankruptcy because of course I couldn’t afford to pay them.” The amount of money both victims are claiming is within the same 40-50K range. Unfortunately, it does not appear that Jen Shah has entirely grasped the gravity of her actions. She was allegedly sending mocking texts to her people over those she had hurt.
