Former Little People, Big World cast member, Jacob Roloff is enjoying life out of the spotlight. Along with his wife, Isabel, he has been working on raising their son and enjoying life. The couple has been seen helping his father, Matt Roloff out at the farm too. As the new year approached, his wife shared some of her thoughts on friendships and love. She shocked fans by sharing a lot about her mental health struggles. As time has gone on, Jacob stays off of social media, but Isabel seems to be reaching out to her fans more often.
Jacob Roloff Supports Isabel Through Anxiety
Jacob Roloff’s wife likes to open up to her followers on social media. After she had their son, Mateo, she shared with fans that she was experiencing crippling anxiety. In this post, she asked her fans how they handled anxiety. A fan asked her how she lived life being so anxious. Isabel then said, “I don’t know that I do… I have a hard time a lot. I need to make sure my nervous system doesn’t feel on edge all the time so I plan things and make sure I know what to expect for the most part so I can be sure to still enjoy life and not just worry all the time.” She went onto say that she has “internal pep talks” with herself to get through it.
This isn’t the first time that Isabel posted about her mental health. In fact, she recently shared a Story on Instagram about her internal trauma. In the post, she wrote, “A big focus of mine this year is working through the trauma stored IN MY BODY. Talk therapy will get it out of the mind and help process, but it’s still stuck in the body. We know the body keeps the score. Getting to the root of why I even grind my teeth in the first place would be helpful.” Isabel got deeper into the topic as she shared it with her fans. She even got into habits and genetics.
What The New Year Holds for Isabel
For the most part, now, Isabel seems to be doing very well. She opened up to her fans about 2023 and what the new year will hold. She told her fans, “I guess one of my ‘resolutions’ or goals this year is to get better at friendships. I truly want to get better at letting people in. I think I’ve gotten really closed off over the years in fear that people only want to be my friend because of the family I married into.”
Jacob Roloff’s wife isn’t afraid to open up about internal trauma and her fans applaud her for doing so. Do you think that she shares too much? Let us know in the comments and keep an eye on TV Shows Ace for more.
