It is no secret that Mama June’s hygiene has been less than stellar. This was something that was commonly addressed on Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. However, one would think that now that she has found her forever love, she would be more diligent. This is sadly not the case. Last March, June married her boyfriend of six months, Justin Stroud. At the time, they had only known each other for six months. She had never married any of her longtime loves before.
Mama June decided to fix him up and get him brand new teeth as he claimed they were all pulled out in prison. They had been messy for some time so he was happy to have them gone. As for June, she had undergone a makeover several years prior but lost herself after her battle with substance abuse. Now, she has been experimenting with new, fun looks. Unfortunately, she does not like the upkeep of her hair, as she shared on Instagram.

Praising her hubby, she had this to say: “ALOT of y’all know I don’t wash my own hair I hate to do yes I go get washed I have for over 20 years when we got invited to event at the last time and I didn’t have time to go get my hair washed.” Since she needed to have it done, Justin offered to do it for her. She added that they got up early, he went to the store to buy everything she needed, and it took 2.5 hours to complete. To Mama June, this was a great bonding experience and a memory she won’t soon forget.

Mama June Shannon is not just doting on the sweet things that her husband is willing to do but she is also mending fences. It appears that she and her daughter, Pumpkin are in a much better place. Though they have had their struggles, June took to TikTok to share that she was spending time with her daughter prior to Pumpkin’s 23rd birthday. Plus, they were going to be making this a weekly occurrence. Hopefully, everything can turn around for the better on all accounts with her four children. As for Mama June’s hair, that might be an overshare.
