On YouTube, Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart shared a darling new video of their little girl as she rang in 2023. Carlin, Evan, Layla, and Zade spent the holidays with his side of the family. So, they had a big New Year’s celebration with Evan’s parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews.
The camera was rolling as the family counted down, and then, everyone cheered, “Happy New Year!” Evan Stewart and Carlin Bates shared a kiss to celebrate. Layla also wanted to give her baby brother some love.
Then, as the whole Stewart family continued wishing their loved ones a Happy New Year, Layla slipped up. Instead of mimicking what her relatives were saying, the two-year-old ended up yelling, “Happy Halloween!”
Carlin and Evan thought this was funny and couldn’t help but share Layla’s little blunder with their many followers. Below, you can watch the adorable mix-up.
