Kelly Osbourne is officially a mother, according to her mother, Sharon Osbourne. The youngest daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne hinted that she was in labor a short time back. However, nothing came of it after this quick message on her Instagram story. Now, her mother is spilling the beans and giving all of the details. Read on for more about Kelly’s firstborn.

After a handful of weeks of speculation and waiting, Sharon Osbourne confirmed the birth of Kelly Osbourne’s first child. According to E! News, the mother of three shared the exciting news on The Talk U.K. Kelly and her longtime boyfriend, Sid Wilson are the proud parents of a baby boy. Per Sharon, they have named the little one Sidney. “[They’re] just so, so great. So great. She won’t let a picture go out of him. No, and I’m so proud of her,” Sharon shared.
Despite this coming out yesterday, Kelly took to her Instagram story today to seemingly express frustration with her mother. Though Sharon only divulged that the baby was here and his name, it seems that Kelly was not quite ready for any information to be released. Furthermore, she appears to have only wanted to do things on her timetable.
In a post, Kelly Osbourne had this to say: “I am not ready to share him with the world. It is no one’s place but mine to share any information on my baby.” Clearly, Kelly had no idea that her mother was going to say anything about Sidney other than that she had given birth. Yet, this is not the first time one of her parents has said too much. It was actually her father, Ozzy who broke the news of the baby’s gender while Kelly was still pregnant.
An Uphill Battle
Kelly Osbourne has been through a lot in her life, most of which was captured on reality television. Along with her brother, Jack, and her parents, they starred on MTV’s hit reality show The Osbournes. This made Kelly a style icon and allowed her to pursue a music career. She then went on to enter rehab a few times but she also carried on with several successful stints in her life. Along with Joan Rivers, she was a panelist on E!’s Fashion Police. Furthermore, she competed on Dancing With the Stars.
Ultimately, she came in third which was an amazing feat. Most recently, she showed off her 85-pound weight loss and seemed incredibly happy. Then, on May 12th, Kelly Osbourne announced she was pregnant via Instagram. “I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma.”
