‘1000-Lb. Best Friends’: See Meghan Crumpler’s Hot New Piercing
TLC star Meghan Crumpler is on a quest for self-confidence. Although she struggles with body image issues, Meghan is determined to focus on loving herself and sharing uplifting posts with her followers. As she stated in another Instagram post, her goals for 2023 include expressing gratitude each day and practicing self-care.
It’s still the first week of January, but Meghan Crumpler has already made a major change and went after something she’s always wanted. Fans were delighted when she shared a post to show off her brand new piercing.

When 1000-Lb. Best Friends Season 2 officially kicks off, fans hope they’ll get a chance to learn more about Meghan Crumpler. For example, they’d love to see more of her relationship with her fiance Jon. While fans eagerly await the season premiere, they can still keep up with Meghan on Instagram in the meantime.
This week, the TLC star proudly announced that she finally decided to get a septum piercing.
“So I did a thing!!!” Meghan Crumpler shared with her Instagram followers. She uploaded a video revealing her latest piercing.
Many fans were supportive of Meghan’s choice, but others spewed negativity in the comments. Meghan’s costar Tina Arnold wasn’t going to stand for the hate.
“So much I want to say about some of these comments… but my brain keeps saying WWJS? 😂 So I delete. Erase, erase, erase!” Tina clapped back at the haters. “You’re gorgeous! ❤️ And bada$$ for letting her practice on you!! I got it all on video. 😉”
“It looks so good!!!!” another follower came to Meghan’s defense. “All these people saying your face looked fine without obviously don’t know how to have fun!!!”
Can the TLC star meet Dr. Proctor’s demands?
TLC has already released several teasers to get fans excited about the season premiere tonight. In one clip, Meghan Crumpler has a bit of a showdown with Dr. Proctor. He feels like she isn’t pushing herself hard enough, while she feels like he’s ignoring all her positive progress. At the end of the clip, Meghan storms out of the office.
Based on this alone, it’s clear that Meghan is going to have a challenging season. Her fans sincerely hope she’ll overcome her personal roadblocks and make the changes she needs to truly succeed.
On the other hand, Vannessa Cross definitely rose to the occasion and experienced a dramatic transformation over the past year. Fans will definitely want to tune in and catch up with the girl gang.
