Former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Kristen Doute Finds Love With Co-Host
Former Vanderpump Rules star Kristen Doute has found love via her new podcast. The thirty-nine-year-old reality star and author shared this news on her show Sex, Love, and What Else Matters. When the Season 8 VPR reunion aired, Kristen shared that she had officially kicked her longtime boyfriend, Brian Carter to the curb. The pandemic had just kicked into full gear and she was hunkering down with a new man, Alex Menache. It was great for her as she was about to lose her job on the series. The two were together for around two years and then it was over. Soon, Kristen started her new podcast with Luke Broderick.
She began sharing photos of the two of them on Halloween and at events. Fans immediately asked if they were a couple but Doute just responded that he was her co-host. Though it seemed like it was more, fans also pointed out that Luke liked to hunt and fish whereas Kristen was a strict vegetarian. Finally, she revealed that, yes, the two were together. According to Meaww, this news comes six months after her split with Alex.

After denying it, she took to Lala Kent’s podcast, Give Them Lala, initially to talk about their meeting. “Luke’s great. Luke, you know, it just sort of fell into my lap after my last breakup. We became friends at my girlfriend’s wedding. We walked down the aisle together as bridesmaids/groomsmen.” However, shortly after on her podcast with Luke, she confirmed that she tried to fight her feelings as she wants to start a family. Yet, she gave in.
A Couple Of Issues
Though Kristen Doute has openly admitted that she has fallen for Luke, there are a few hurdles. As aforementioned, he likes to hunt and fish. This was a struggle at first since she has been a vegetarian since she was 11. Yet, she has put that in the back of her mind for love. Furthermore, they live at a distance. While Kristen resides in California, Luke is currently a resident of Colorado Springs. They are doing the long-distance thing for now and trying to make it work the best that they can. Finally, Luke is eight years younger than Kristen which was a slight issue. In the end, love has won and it looks like this might be the one.
