WCTH Stars Kevin McGarry & Kayla Wallace Are Engaged
On Friday, both Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace shared Instagram videos announcing their engagement. In the slow-motion video announcement, they show their hands, with Kayla’s engagement ring on her left hand. Then the camera moves up to the WCTH co-stars’ faces as they are seen kissing. Both are wearing coordinated camel-colored coats, in the midst of New York City.
Playing the background is the instrumental version of the Beatle’s song, “In My Life,” performed by Simon Martin Perkins.
They each wrote “Forever❤️”

When Did Kevin McGarry & Kayla Wallace Start Dating?
When did the WCTH co-stars start dating? Just over two years ago, McGarry shared a post that included two cups of coffee and some Polaroids of the couple. McGarry wrote, “Photo evidence. 📸”
Although Kevin and Kayla started When Calls The Heart in Season 6, they did not play love interests in the series. However, because they were both newbies on the set, there was a special bond.
In various interviews, Kevin revealed that he immediately fell for Kayla, but they started out as friends. This built into something bigger. The two often share tidbits of their private life on social media. This includes heading out to hear Chris Stapleton perform, or Kayla singing about baking, with Kevin casually strolling through the living room.
The couple has starred in two Hallmark movies together. The movies are Feeling Butterflies, and My Grown-Up Christmas List.
Last summer, the couple even joined Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum on a trip to Italy. Kayla wants to go to Greece next. Could they decide to honeymoon in the Greek Isles?
Although the couple did not share any details of when they could be married, or where they will be married. However, it is a good guess that their nuptials could be sometime in 2023.
WCTH Couple Another Successful Hallmark Couple
Kayla and Kevin are not the first Hallmark couple to find love. Hallmark is known for their romances on screen, and co-stars who find romance off-screen. Their WCTH co-star Chris McNally found love with Julie Gonzalo while filming Hallmark’s The Sweetest Heart back in 2018. Earlier in 2022, the couple had a baby girl.
