‘Sister Wives’ Fans Demand The Truth From Kody Brown

News, Reality TV, Sister Wives, TLC Shows

Kody Brown has been appearing on Sister Wives for the past 17 seasons, spanning the course of 12 years so far. And as time goes on, viewers can’t help but notice that his statements today don’t exactly match up with things he said when the show began. Most notably, his relationship with Christine.

Kody never seemed to dote on Christine the way he did with Robyn, but was their relationship always so terrible?

Is Kody Brown actually lying to Sister Wives viewers?

Sister Wives star Kody Brown is pretty infamous for treating his wives poorly. However, his disposition was much different when the series first premiered in 2010. After his third wife Christine left, Kody said he was never really attracted to her in the first place.

“What is the truth? Did he like her when the met or not?” the original Redditor asked the community. They attached a clip from one of the earliest seasons where Kody describes how he felt when he met Christine for the first time. In the clip, he describes feeling an instant spark and a connection. Their courtship was incredibly short and they married just a few months later.

However, this is a much different story than the one Kody has been telling for the last few years. As Sister Wives saw this season, Kody insisted that he never really felt attracted to Christine. So what’s the real story here?

“They romanticize relationships too much. It’s like, if it isn’t perfect, they don’t want it. That’s why none of their relationships are lasting. They don’t want to do the work. They just want it to be “easy,'” another Redditor added.

Other users pointed out that Christine’s grandfather was a very important figure in the FLDS community. It’s entirely possible that Kody Brown just wanted her for clout.

The family patriarch is spending the holidays with Robyn

Kody Brown hasn’t been active on social media since he formally announced that Christine left him. As it turns out, his marriages with Janelle and Meri both ended over the past year too. As of late 2022, Kody is only married to Robyn.

Even though he shares children with his three ex-wives, rumor has it that Kody Brown will only spend the holidays with Robyn and her children.

And at the end of the day, Sister Wives fans have a very hard time feeling sorry for the family patriarch. They really didn’t appreciate how he talked about his exes during the tell-all.

  1. Kody shouldn’t have one wife much less four. He is the nastiest man I’ve ever seen. In the beginning he was all lovey dovey with the wives snd children even the majority of kids dislike him now. He acts like everyone should bow to he and he really only like sobrobyn and her kids. Did he forget Meri divorced to marry her. He is so ugly who would want him?

  2. Kody is such a misogynist egomaniac. This series started out with Robin already within the family dynamic and Christine has always begged him for attention. Merri was looking for attention when she was catfished.

  3. I think Kody should take a look at who and what he has become…Not a good look for a person who is sooo hateful….I say take Robin and her kids…You don’t have to worry since you’ve already hurt all of your children. I can see why your embarrassed. You brought all these children in the world… I’m ashamed for you…
