On her latest podcast episode, Heather slammed Hoda Kotb and Jenna for stealing her idea. A Juicy Scoop fan gave her the inside scoop about their segment.Justin Sylvester hosted the morning show’s “Scoopies.”Heather couldn’t help but notice the similarities between the segment and her own show.

Juicy Scoop, my show that has been going on for seven and a half years, the two words together, ‘Juicy Scoop’ has been trademarked. That means they can’t have a shirt that says, ‘Justin Sylvester has the juicy scoop.’ He cannot sell that shirt. But, technically, this is not trademark infringement, but it is derivative of my brand,” Heather shared.
