Allison Holker has a phenomenal dance career in her own right. In 2006, she competed in So You Think You Can Dance Season 2 and finished in the top 8. She went on to compete in four seasons of Dancing With The Stars and even finished as runner-up one year. Allison later married Stephen “tWitch” Boss, a fellow dancer and SYTYCD alum, in 2013. The couple had an incredibly significant social media following where fans could keep up with their projects and family life.
Tragically, tWitch passed away on December 13, 2022 after completing suicide. Friends, fans, and family members poured out their love and support for the family in the aftermath of the tragedy. Allison Holker remained quiet for several days on social media, which everyone completely understood.
But now, she decided to publically speak up and address her husband’s passing. See what she had to say.

Shortly after authorities confirmed tWitch’s death, Allison Holker did speak up and issue an official statement through TMZ.
But it wasn’t until December 21 that she started posting on social media again.
“My ONE and ONLY Oh how my heart aches. We miss you so much,” Allison Holker captioned her most recent Instagram post. She included a picture of herself and tWitch leaning on one another.
“There is so much love coming to you. I hope you can feel it,” The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s account wrote on the post. tWitch worked as DJ and executive producer on the show for many years.
“ sending you all the love Allison,” DWTS pro Peta Muragtroyd added in the comments.
The comments section was full of kind words from Allison and tWitch’s fans and colleagues. They made it abundantly clear how much everyone loved tWitch and how heartbroken they were for the family.

Allison Holker is mourning the death of tWitch, but she’s definitely not the only one. The dancers had three children and they are all mourning the loss of their father. Twitch adopted the daughter Allison had from a previous relationship, Weslie. After the dancers married, they had two kids of their own together, Maddox and Zaia.
