Rhiannon Ally talks publicly about health issues

Rhiannon Ally is co-hosting GMA3 with DeMarco Morgan, who is said to replace T.J. Holmes. Fans can’t help but think how similar the two look to T.J. and Amy Robach. Her fill-in is an attractive blonde woman. During Wednesday’s live broadcast, the 42-year-old co-anchor shared that she has digestive issues.

Rhiannon opened up about her struggles with ulcerative colitis. This condition causes inflammation of the colon and rectum. It can lead to serious problems. Rhiannon spoke with both DeMarco and Dr. Jennifer Ashton about the symptoms associated with colitis and Crohn’s Disease. Some of them are somewhat similar.

“You know, this is not something I’ve ever talked about publicly but I actually have ulcerative colitis and I’ve had to make so many changes to my diet, exercise routine…” Rhiannon spoke candidly about her health issues. “You really have to find a way to mesh. It’s very hard. Different foods affect people differently, it’s really amazing.”

Dr. Jen then brought up that it could be passed on to Rhiannon’s three children. Those who struggle with ulcerative colitis make frequent trips to the bathroom. They normally have stomach aches and deal with diarrhea. Prescription medication can help relieve the inflammation and some of the symptoms associated with ulcerative colitis.

Amy Robach’s replacement makes her debut

On Tuesday, December 13, Rhiannon made her official debut as Amy Robach’s fill-in. She could end up as her permanent replacement. It doesn’t look good for the former GMA3 co-hosts. The network is figuring out what to do with them and where to fit them into the morning show.

Earlier this month, ABC removed T.J. and Amy Robach from the talk show after their alleged affair came out in the Daily Mail. They will remain off the air until the internal review has been completed. It’s likely that T.J. could lose his job if his alleged multiple affairs violated workplace policies. The pair started co-anchoring GMA3 in 2020 and were married to other people at the time of the affair rumors.
