Chloe Chrisley’s Bio Mom Challenges Savannah’s Custody
In the wake of Todd and Julie Chrisley getting sentenced collectively to 19 years behind bars, Chloe Chrisley’s bio mom has surfaced and plans to challenge Savannah’s custody of her daughter. Speaking to TMZ, Chloe Chrisley’s biological mother, Angela Johnson, reveals she’s been working with a legal team for a few years with the hopes of getting her daughter back. Per TMZ, it appears as if Todd and Julie Chrisley landing behind bars may have opened a door of opportunity for Angela to finally get her baby back.
Savannah Chrisley plans to take custody of Chloe
Presently, the plan is for Savannah Chrisley to step in and take custody of both Chloe and Grayson Chrisley. Savannah revealed this during a recent podcast episode when she revealed there was a very real chance she could not only lose her parents but suddenly become a mother of two older children. Unsurprisingly, fans have pretty mixed feelings about it as Savannah Chrisley is a young, single woman who doesn’t have any experience with children.
Likewise, Todd Chrisley has openly teased his daughter as not even being capable of handling a dog because of how selfish she is. Todd noted that Savannah would likely prioritize an appointment for herself and forget something as simple as feeding a dog. While fans can never be sure of why Savannah did end up deleting the post containing this conversation between her and her father in the comments.

Angela Johnson vows to get her daughter back
With Todd and Julie Chrisley preparing to collectively spend 19 years behind bars, Angela Johnson’s legal team is seizing the opportunity to push for full custody of Chloe. As fans recall, Todd once shared custody of Chloe with her bio mom. When Angela ended up getting busted and thrown in jail, Todd took over full custody of Chloe. As far as fans knew, Chloe Chrisley’s bio mother disappeared after that. It appears as if Angela Johnson is hoping now that the shoe is on the other foot she can swoop in and take custody of her daughter back.
During her conversation with TMZ, Angela made a point to clarify that this isn’t an out-of-the-blue thing as she’s been fighting to get her daughter back for years. Todd and Julie going to jail, however, just opened a door that may make her fight to get her daughter back a little easier.
As far as fans know, Chloe Chrisley has not seen her biological mother in a very long time. Moreover, Chloe has also reportedly made it clear she considers Julie to be her mother and she’s absolutely gutted over losing her.

I think she should stay with her aunt who is for more capable the her bio mother. Savanna has never had a drug problem or in trouble with the law. My vote is to leave her with Savanna Chrisley.
Chloe is losing the only mom she ever knew, it would be devastating for her to be jerked away from the only family she’s ever known.
