Noodle The Pug a.k.a. the “No Bones Day” pug has been confirmed dead by his owner at the age of 14. Just a year ago, at the age of 13, this adorable canine took the internet by storm becoming a viral sensation and a TikTok superstar. About a year ago, this viral canine was featured on a segment of The Today Show where everyone got to know him a bit better.

Per The Today Show segment, Noodle The Pug and his owner Jonathan Graziano shared a video each day that told the world whether it was going to be a “bones” or “no bones” day. Each morning, Jonathan recorded himself attempting to wake his dog Noodle from his slumber. If Noodle was willing to get up and move, it was a bone day. If Noodle flopped back down on his bed and wished to continue sleeping, it was a no bones day. The internet connected with this precious furbaby on a deep level because everyone had days when they simply just didn’t want to get out of bed.

Sadly, Noodle’s owner took to TikTok in the past 24 hours to confirm everyone’s worst nightmare. The dog was dead at the age of 14. Just a year after becoming a viral sensation. Jonathan Graziano fought back tears as he broke the tragic news to the pug’s 4.5M TikTok followers.

Jonathan said in his beautiful tribute to his late pug: “It has been the privilege of my life to care for Noodle these past 7 years. The sweetest man there has ever been and will ever be.”

The entire internet has come together to mourn the tragic passing of this furbaby. In addition to loving Noodle, the internet also really loved how his human Jonathan interacted with him. Hearts across the internet are broken for Jonathan as he mourns the loss of his best friend. Many admit to finding comfort in the fact that Noodle’s bones are now free to rest.
