‘LPBW’ Fans Blast Matt & Chris’ Pretend Bromance
LPBW (Little People, Big World) fans are blasting Matt Roloff and Chris Marek‘s pretend bromance. If you’ve been watching the past few seasons of TLC’s LPBW, you likely know that Matt and Chris have spent some time together and have a decent relationship. This might come as a surprise because Matt is Amy Roloff’s ex-husband and Chris is her new hubby. But somehow, they’ve made it work. At least, that’s how it looks on the show.
On the show, Matt, his girlfriend Caryn Chandler, Chris, and Amy have gone on trips together or enjoyed dining out with each other. However, viewers are beginning to wonder if this friendship is really genuine or if Matt and Chris are just pretending for the show.

Roloff fans took to Reddit to discuss the bromance and some are doubtful that it’s legitimate. One fan started the conversation by sharing their thoughts. They said they feel that this friendship is “totally fake and just for the show.” They went on to say that it seems like it’s all set up and just a way for the Roloffs to continue making money and filling up air time.
In the comments section of the post, more LPBW fans are sharing their thoughts. Some believe that TLC is trying to find more storylines to keep viewers interested. One fan said, “Pretty sure it’s fake. Amy probably hates Caryn and would never want to hang out with her, but they all want those paychecks to keep rolling in so they put up with staged scenes that imply they are all friendly.”
Someone else added, “Considering that Matt and Caryn fooled around when Matt and Amy were still married, I would say that the producers are forcing a ‘friendship’ on Amy and her children.” Note that there is no proof of what went on between Matt and Caryn before he split up from Amy.
I think Matt (& Caryn) and Amy (& Chris’) friendship is totally fake and just for the show. They’re only trying create air time, stay relevant on the show and keep drawing money.
