Jeopardy! & Wheel Of Fortune Fans Ban Together In Anger

There was a point where fans were conflicted over Celebrity Jeopardy! They were not sure how they felt about it and the format. However, it seems that they are angered that it is on an extended hiatus. The same applies to the celebrity version of Wheel of Fortune which has stopped airing. According to The Sun, fans were shocked to learn that CJ’s last airing of 2022 was November 13th. It will not restart again until January 2023.

Not only that but it will move from Sunday nights to Thursdays. Viewers felt that they should have been made aware of, not only the hiatus but the change of days. The same sentiment was felt for CWoF as the show has not aired for two weeks now. Fortunately, that celeb spinoff will return in 2022 and not make fans wait until 2023. Its next airing is Sunday, December 4th for those who have missed it.

Still, fans of the shows were quite verbal and sounded off on social media about the absence. “This is so mean that there’s no new episode of #CelebrityJeopardy and #CelebrityWheelOfFortune tonight due to #AMAs2022 going on,” one fan shared on Twitter. Another added: “Wait what?! Why can’t #CelebrityJeopardy continue? I’ll forget where we are in the tournament by January.” That is a very good point but for those concerned, it can be streamed on Hulu.

Coming To The End

When Celebrity Jeopardy! does return, there will only be a handful of episodes left before the winner is crowned. Furthermore, host Mayim Bialik will have a new job to tend to. Starting in January, she will take over the hosting duties of OG Jeopardy! from Ken Jennings. The two have been splitting the duties this season with Ken taking the first half of the year. While he has been holding down the fort, she has been on Celebrity duty Sunday nights. Bialik also stars as Kat on the FOX sitcom Call Me Kat.
