It’s an MTV crossover. The Challenge and Real World: Sydney alumni Cohutta Lee Grindstaff and Katelyn Corely shared their engagement news with the world. It’s been a Thanksgiving weekend filled with reality TV weddings and engagements. The longtime couple shared the news on Instagram.

Cohutta had no idea that Katelyn would say yes. He joked that it was the “easiest yes” in his life. Katelyn shared a carousel of photos on Instagram. They two couldn’t stop smiling in the photos. The Challenge alum and the fellow reality star are also ready for the holiday season.

The couple posed in front of a Christmas tree. The first photo showed Cohutta wearing a light gray plaid shirt with a black scarf, gray beanie, and jeans. Katelyn wore a light gray cropped sweatshirt with a knitted beanie and tight black leggings. She flashed her ring to the camera. In the last photo, Cohutta screamed a “YES!” that you could hear in the third and final photo.

“I got to give the easiest yes of my life last night. Cohutta Lee, my life is so much brighter with you in it,” Katelyn wrote in her Instagram post. “Thank you for loving me like you do. You make me one happy woman. Let’s do this forever thing, partner!! If my daddy could have hand-picked my partner, there’s no doubt it would be you.”

The MTV alum received congrats from her famous friends in the comment section. Some fans noted that this is the happiest that The Challenge alum ever looked in his life. They were happy to hear this happy news during the holiday weekend. This was a long-time coming for the couple who have been dating for about three years.

Cohutta first appeared on Real World: Sydney in 2007. He later went on to compete in The Challenge spin-off series All Stars 2, Battle of the Bloodlines, Free Agents, The Island, and The Ruins. In August 2020, Katelyn opened up about their relationship. She revealed how long they’ve been together.

“The best decision I’ve ever made was hopping on that plane a year ago to see this beautiful man,” Katelyn wrote in a previous Instagram post.
