‘Bringing Up Bates’ Fans Fear For Zade Stewart’s Safety, Why?
Bringing Up Bates fans are worried about Zade Stewart‘s safety after watching a recent video Carlin Bates shared. In the past, fans have questioned some of Evan and Carlin’s parenting decisions. The young couple has a daughter named Layla, who will turn three in January. Zade is eight months old now. Recently, Carlin was under fire for posting a video of Layla pooping in her diaper. Fans felt that this video crossed a line and that she violated Layla’s privacy.
Now, another one of the couple’s parenting choices is being debated online. Fans are concerned about Zade’s safety.
Bringing Up Bates Fans Fear For Zade Stewart’s Safety, Why?
In a recent YouTube video, Carlin and Evan took fans along as they decorated their home for Christmas and hung out as a family. In one clip, Zade Stewart can be seen in an infant swing. The baby boy looks very happy as he relaxes in the swing.
However, Bringing Up Bates fans who watched this video took issue with it. They think Zade is too big to be in the swing and that he could be over the weight limit, which could be a safety risk. One fan wrote on Reddit:
“Zade is not safe in that swing. He’s too old let alone too big for it !! I’d hate for him to fall over and the whole thing falls on him.”
The fan added that they are afraid of Zade tipping the swing if he moves or leans. Another Bringing Up Bates fan chimed in, “He is a big baby. Probably over the weight limit.”

It’s unclear whether Zade is actually over the weight or age limit for this particular swing. Carlin and Evan haven’t revealed to fans how much he weighs. Hopefully, if he truly is too big for the swing, his parents will find a safer alternative.
