What Is Lifetime’s A Christmas Spark About?

According to The Futon Critic, former drama teacher Molly (Seymour) is recently widowed. Moreover, she has just given up. She doesn’t think she will ever find love again and she has pretty much lost her joie de vivre.

However, she doesn’t know that she is going to come face-to-face with some good old-fashioned Christmas magic soon. That happens when she takes a trip to visit her daughter over the Christmas holidays.

She is quickly coerced into directing the town’s Christmas pageant. Molly really doesn’t want to do anything, but she cannot get away with saying no.

When she meets her leading man, Hank (Lando), she quickly falls for the handsome man. Moreover, when they are together, he seems to unleash her “inner free spirit.”

The more time they spend together, the closer they get. Molly has found a zest for life once again. But, she is challenged on the night of the pageant. The lead has vocal issues and cannot perform.

Molly is forced to step into the spotlight, and allow herself to shine. Has she found her voice and her life?
