If you’re familiar with the Duggar family, you may know that some of them have had home births. Because of this, some of Joy-Anna’s social media followers were curious to know whether she will be delivering her baby in the hospital or at home.
The Duggar daughter is currently pregnant with her third baby, but this is her fourth pregnancy. In between the births of her first two kids, Gideon and Evelyn, she had a late pregnancy loss and named the baby Annabell.
Due to her prior loss, the Duggar daughter needs daily injections throughout her pregnancy. Everything is going smoothly with Joy-Anna Forsyth’s current pregnancy, and she’s planning ahead for her baby’s arrival in 2023. She recently learned that this baby is a boy.

On Monday via her Instagram Stories, Joy-Anna told fans that she and her husband Austin were on their way to Texas to celebrate Thanksgiving with his side of the family. To kill some time during the long drive, Joy-Anna posted a question box and allowed fans to ask whatever they wanted to. Then, she responded to a good number of them. She addressed a variety of topics. Because she’s currently pregnant, some fans wanted to know more about her baby on the way.
One fan asked whether Joy-Anna Forsyth is planning on having a hospital birth. She shared a throwback photo from her daughter Evelyn’s birth in 2020 and said, “Yes! I absolutely LOVE my Dr and the hospital staff… annnddd epidural!”
