Kody & Christine Brown’s Split Most Straining On Janelle, Why?
Janelle is extremely close to Christine Brown. That being said, she is in a very tricky place when it comes to the plural family and Christine. In the latest episode of Sister Wives, Kody’s second wife explained how she feels torn. She is especially split between Kody and her former sister wife, Christine. Yet, what has put so much strain on Janelle during the whole divorce? Read on for more details.
Kody & Christine Brown’s Split Is Most Straining On Janelle
Janelle and Christine have become incredibly close over the past several years. Christine practically raised Janelle’s children so they have this link that cannot be broken. Now, with Christine leaving the family and the state, it is really hard on Janelle and her children. When Kody lashed out last week, Janelle was there to comfort her former sister wife. This week, she stopped by to do a check-in to make sure Christine had recovered from all of the drama that had ensued.
She explained to the cameras that she understood what Christine was going through and wanted to support her. There was an allegiance there that she had for her closest sister wife. Along with her children, they wanted to be there for Christine. However, she also had to support her family. This included Kody, Robyn, Meri, and their children, as well. So, she felt like she was being pulled in so many different directions.
This is extraordinarily straining on Janelle because she does not want to take sides with anyone. However, it looks like she always is, no matter what she does. If she is supportive of Christine, it automatically appears that she is Team Christine. Yet, when she is over with the family, that makes her look like she’s a traitor. She’s then Team Kody and she just wants to be able to support everyone.
What Does Janelle Want?
In the end, Janelle was there to help Christine Brown pack up her Flagstaff home along with her sons. She was also the one who made Chrostine cry the hardest when it was time to say goodbye. This is a true friendship that will not soon die. Though Janelle is faithful to her family, she knows that Christine helped her in ways she can never repay. She allowed Janelle to work when she wanted and do many things on her own when they lived in Utah.
Plus, Janelle’s children have always acknowledged Christine as a huge part of their upbringing. In real-time, Janelle may not overtly have chosen a side but she and Christine remain incredibly close. The strain may still be there but it appears both women have not let it truly affect their friendship in the slightest.
